Judges have denied session in the Supreme court which has affected hundreds of public’s hearings. They have denied the session due to dispute with the Chief Justice, Cholendra Shumsher Jabara.
Hearings on 216 cases had been canceled. The Chief Justice had assigned the 13 Judges to six joint sessions and one single session on Monday. The judges started internal discussion about the Chief justice not attending the sessions.
Most of the hearings on Monday for the cases filed on Fraud, Tax, Foreign employment, Kidnapping etc were canceled.
