Students from Bal Jagritee College in Mahendranagar today have launched a demonstration demanding action against those involved the rape and subsequent murder of Bhagarathi Bhatta.
Bhatta was found dead on February 3 last week.
It has been suspected that Bhatta, resident of Baitadi was raped before being murdered brutally while she was returning home from school.
The protesters have demanded speedy investigations into the murder and justice to the victim.
