President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Yubaraj Khatiwada as the non-resident ambassador of Nepal to Mexico. The appointment has been made as per Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Office of the President stated on Sunday.
Khatiwada is also the ambassador of Nepal to the United States of America. He was also appointed the non-resident ambassador of Costa Rica by President Bhandari on June 21.
