Chief of Madhesh Province, Hari Shankar Mishra, emphasized laws and regulations to ensure good-governance.
At an interaction programme organized by the Office of the Chief Attorney in the Madhesh Province on the laws and regulations formulated by the province government so far, Chief Mishra said that the rule of law would provide direction to the society.
"No society can be civilized and dignified without certainty of implementation of certain regulations and laws," said Mishra, reiterating laws as indispensible for the democratic system.
He shared that so far 55 Acts were issued since the formation of the incumbent province government.
