Loss of Rs 3.5 million due to fire

A fire broke out at a motorcycle repairing center at Sonama Bazaar in Sonama Gaonpalika-1 of Mahottari district last night, causing a loss of Rs 3.5 million. According to Prakash Bista, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Motorcycles, motorcycle tires, tubes, tractor tires, tubes, mobiles and various spare parts were burnt.

  The fire was brought under control by the police team of Raghunathpur Police Post and Gaushala Area Police Office with the help of fire brigade of Gaushala Municipality. The fire did not cause any human or animal damage, police said.
