The National Assembly meeting of Lumbini Province that was supposed to be held on Tuesday has been postponed. The 10th meeting of the eighth session of the assembly had been schooled for Tuesday afternoon but was cancelled.
The next meeting will be held at 1 pm on July 11.
Earlier, the meeting had been scheduled for June 20 to hold discussions on the provincial budget that was announced for the next fiscal year 2078/79 on June 15. However, the meeting could not be held then as the opposition parties boycotted it and it had been rescheduled for Tuesday.
