Banke District Police Office (DPO) has arrested a man who had been convicted of banking offences and was absconding from Kohalpur Municipality-11.
The accused has been identified as Bishnu Jiwan Dhital alias 'Sanjyal', 38, of the same municipality.
Banke District Court had convicted him of banking offences and fined him Rs 280,000 on February 24. He had also been sentenced to three days of imprisonment.
DPO nabbed Dhital from Kohalpur today.
Dhital will be presented at Banke District Court to implement the decision, informed the DPO.
