The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth and Development of the United Kingdom Anne Marie Trevelyan had a courtesy meeting with the Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda'.
The Secretariat of the Prime Minister said that in the meeting held today at the Prime Minister's residence, Baluwatar, various issues of bilateral mutual interest were discussed between them.
Earlier during her visit to Nepal, he had participated in a program organised by the British Embassy in Nepal at the Durbar area of Hunmandhoka on Wednesday.
She visited the site of the Arun hydropower project on Thursday. Britain has invested financially in the project through the Board of Investment. State Minister Trevelyan is returning home today.
