The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has forecast generally to mostly cloudy throughout the country on Monday.
Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at many places of the country while there are also chances of heavy rain with thunder and lightning at a few places of Province 1, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province and Lumbini Province.
The bulletin issued by the MFD has stated that the weather in Nepal has been affected by the lower pressure area of the northwestern Bay of Bengal.
Light to moderate rainfall is likely to occur in many places throughout the country.
Likewise, it will be generally to mostly cloudy throughout the country tonight. Moreover, the torrential rains with thunder and lightning at a few places of Gandaki Province, Karnali Province and Sudur Pashchim Province have been forecast. Likewise, one or two places of Province 1, Bagmati Province and Lumbini Province will also witness rain, the MFD said in a bulletin.
