Police have recovered 14 lakh worth of motor parts from Ilam. Motor parts worth a total of 14 lakh, 37 thousand and 300 hundred was recovered from the road leading to Manebung in Kiteni of Ilam Rong Municipality-4.
Police have made the goods public today. The goods were seized on April 14 . According to Ganga Bahadur Thapa, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Information Officer at the District Police Office, Ilam, the goods were recovered from a pickup truck (Province No. 1-01-001CH 7691) heading towards Jhapa from Ilam. The pickup truck is under police control while the driver is absconding. The District Police Office, Ilam has informed that search is on for the absconding driver.
