The National Assembly has thanked President Ram Chandra Paudel for his address to the joint meeting of both houses of the Federal Parliament.
The National Assembly second meeting today unanimously passed the motion of thanks for the President's statement.
In the meeting, MP Gopi Bahadur Sarki Achhami tabled the vote of thanks resolution.
Earlier in the meeting, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' tabled a copy of the President's address to the joint meeting of both houses of the Federal Parliament.
At the end of the meeting, National Assembly Chairperson, Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, shared that deliberations on the policy and program presented on friday will be held from May 21 to 23, while the Prime Minister will respond to the queries on May 23.
The next meeting of the National Assembly will be held at 1:00 pm on May 23.
