Meanwhile, the Foreign Minister of Israel thanked the Government of Nepal for expression of solidarity and assured Israel Government's full support in early repatriation of the mortal remains and return of Nepalis desiring to come home.

Earlier on Tuesday, Foreign Minister told the International Relations and Tourism Committee of the House of Representatives that 324 Nepali citizens who want to be rescued and return to Nepal have provided details through the online registration system of the Nepali Embassy in Israel. Among those who gave details, 288 people wished to return to Nepal while 36 wanted to be relocated.

Considering the present situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has requested Nepalis who are about to go to Israel for study and other purposes not to do so at the moment.
