President of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal Upendra Yadav has said that the non-certification of the Citizenship Bill, which was approved by both houses for the second time, is against the constitution.
Leader Yadav, who is here to participate in JSP Makwanpur's program today, said that citizens have been denied their human rights with the non-approval of the bill by the President. He said that denying citizenship is a violation of humanitarian law.
