A person has been arrested for secretly recording obscene videos of guests coming to stay at Restaurant Cafe and Lodge in Bansbari, Kathmandu.
The police team reached the lodge and seized the manager's mobile phone and while checking, they found recorded videos of various people staying in the guest house and arrested Him.
The arrested person was Mukesh Mali who is working as a manager at Restaurant.
