One person died in a Scorpio jeep accident in Kailali.
70-year-old Bhojraj Bhatt of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 11 Bela died in an accident with Scorpio No. 15 Ch 4637 near Geta Traffic Post, Godavari Municipality-5, according to Sudurpaschim Province Traffic Police Office Attaria.
Five other people in the Scorpio were injured. Among the injured are 42-year-old driver Tej Bahadur Pal of Shailyashikhar Municipality Ward No. 2 of Darchula, 42-year-old Bharat Bahadur Chand of Dhangadhi-6 Matyari, 48-year-old Vasant Bahadur Chand of the same place, 36-year-old Neelam Chand and 36-year-old Anu Khan Chand, police said. All the injured are being treated at Maya Metro Hospital Dhangadhi. It is said that the Scorpio coming from Haridwar went out of control and crashed.
