A driver died on the spot after being run over by the tire of a tractor in Gauriganga Municipality 5 of Kailali.
According to the area police office Masuria, 22-year-old Ganesh Chaudhary of Gauriganga Municipality 4 died on the spot while removing a tractor trolley that was stuck, and was crushed by the middle tire, yesterday at 8:30 pm.
Similarly, 2 people were injured in a motorcycle accident last night at Chandragiri Municipality 1 Srijan Chowk in Kathmandu. Two people were injured when a motorcycle number went out of control at 12:30 am last night and fell into the drain.
Among the injured are Rajkumar Periyar, 26, of Dhading Dharke, a resident of Srijan Chowk, and Vishal Magar, 24, of Rolpa, Chandragiri Municipality 1, who was riding behind him. Periyar is in serious condition. Both are undergoing treatment at Shaheed Memorial Hospital in Kalanki.
