The Foreign Employment Department has recently objected to the publication of misleading information on various social networks and online media about sending seasonal workers. According to the department, notices were published and complaints were also received about sending workers to South Korea.
According to Section 4 of Seasonal Worker Management Guideline, 2079, seasonal workers do not have to pay any fee, some people are collecting money by spreading misleading information.
The department has said that no document has been submitted to the relevant delegation for requesting and sending seasonal workers according to the said directive.
