Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi held a telephonic conversation.
During the conversation, the two prime ministers discussed about Nepal-India relations and the implementation of key agreements signed between Nepal and India during PM Dahal;'s recent visit to India, informed the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM).
Issuing a press release on the same matter, the Office of the Prime Minister of India shared that the two leaders discussed on the issue to further strengthen the deep bonds of friendships between the two countries and enhance bilateral partnership while reviewing various aspects of the India-Nepal bilateral cooperation.
"Nepal, a close and friendly neighbor, is a key partner in India’s ‘Neighbourhood First’ policy. This telephone conversation continues the tradition of high level exchanges between the two countries", stated a release issued by the Office of Indian PM on August 5. ---
