Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is preparing to expand the Council of Ministers today. Lawmakers who are close to Oli have said that the prime minister will fill in the seven vacant ministries today.
Prime Minister Oli will add seven ministers and one state minister to the Cabinet today.
As per the lawmakers, Khagraj Adhikari is likely to get the portfolio of Ministry of Home Affairs. Meanwhile, the other lawmakers who are likely to join the Cabinet are Nain Kala Thapa as Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Narad Muni Rana as Minister of Forests and Environment and Jwala Kumari Shah as Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Development.
Similarly, Raj Kishor Yadav is likely to be appointed as Minister of Industry, Commerce and Supplies and Ganesh Pahadi as Minister of General Administration.
