Police are looking for Ninu Kumar Shrestha, 26, of Tanahu Shuklagandaki Municipality-4 on charges of possessing pistols and drugs. Police have recovered 134 ampoules of Nurfin and 136 ampoules of Fenaragan on Thursday afternoon from his rented room in Karkidanda, Tanahun.
Police have recovered an Italian pistol with an empty magazine, 54 tablets of controlled drug Spamso Proxivin, 192 tablets of Nitravet, 133 ampoules of Diazepam, 134 ampoules of Nurfin, and 136 ampoules of Fenaragan on Thursday afternoon.
Police on duty at the Area Police Office, Belchautara, recovered the items from Shrestha's house on the basis of confidential information that he was hiding weapons and drugs. While searching for the absconding Ninukumar, the police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
