Prayas Nepal receives necessary support

Aloft Kathmandu Thamel, The Royal Guard Everest Expedition Team of Bahrain, Seven Summit Treks provide help

Due to the current surge of COVID-19, local communities have been affected both financially and emotionally.

Prayas Nepal Home, located in Gairidhara is a non-profit organisation which is taking care of around 30 children. Aloft Kathmandu Thamel, has been supporting Prayas Nepal Children Home since the beginning. The children were affected by COVID-19 and tested positive but have since recovered. Pryas Nepal has been actively looking out for them and it hopes to make their lives peaceful and easier.

To support them, Aloft Kathmandu Thamel, The Royal Guard Everest Expedition Team from Bahrain comprising of Sheikh Mohamed Hamad al-Khalifa, Prince of Bahrain and 15 members of Bahrain Royal Guard and Seven Summit Treks, joined hands and have provided rice, lentils, cooking oil, copies, pens, pencils, hand sanitiser, soap, masks and other supplements.

Prayas Nepal has extended its gratitude to the Royal Guard Everest Expedition Team of Bahrain for providing the excess food supplies from their expediton. The team has been staying at Aloft Kathmandu Thamel after their successful summit of Mount Everest. Prayas Nepal has also thanked the expedition operator Seven Summit Treks, one of the leading climbing companies in Nepal for supporting this endeavour.
