The teaching hospital of Pokhara University has prepared to start emergency services in May. The emergency service has been started in preparation for the full operation of the hospital.
Dr. Amar Nagila, Dean of Pokhara University Faculty of Health Sciences, informed that the whole process of operating the teaching hospital is in the final stage. He said that the university has already presented the environmental study report of the teaching hospital to the technical committee on the environmental study report, which was formed under the coordination of the secretary of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science, Technology and Social Development, Gandaki Pokhara, and the ministry will finalize it soon.
Dr. Dipendra Kumar Yadav, director of Pokhara University Teaching Hospital, informed that the manpower management for the operation of the hospital has been completed and the necessary furniture and equipment are being managed and the emergency service is being prepared from the first week of Baisakh.
