RPP Chairman Rajendra Lingden has announced his resignation from the post of MP.
Speaker Lingden announced his resignation at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday. He has expressed his displeasure over the preparation to maintain the age of the parliament after the elections.
Speaker Lingden asked the Parliament Secretariat not to send the salary allowance after Sunday.
