Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR) Devraj Ghimire on Friday certified the bills relating to the upcoming budget that were earlier endorsed by the both Houses of the federal parliament.
As per Article 113 of the Constitution, the Speaker certified the Appropriation Bill- 2080, Finance Bill-2080, and the Bill to Raise Public Debt-2080.
The bills shall come into force once they are assented by the President.
