The dead bodies of two teenagers were found in a single ditch in Dang district.
According to the Area Police Office, Tulsipur, the dead bodies of Sharad Acharya, 14, and 15-year-old Roshani Mahatara was found buried in the same ditch on Sunday noon.
The teenager boy, Acharya, and teenager girl, Mahatara, had gone missing from their home three days ago.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Pushpa Raj Malla said that both belonged to Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City Ward No. 13 and were found buried in a ditch in the forest of Damar village.
The dead bodies recovered by police, people's representatives and locals and the identities of the dead ones was ascertained thereafter, added ward chairperson of Ward No. 13 in Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City, Mohan Poudel.
The dead bodies were sent to Rapti Provincial Hospital at Tulsipur for postmortem.
