Police arrested a youth on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl in Sanishchare Municipality-10 of Morang district on Monday night.
The arrested has been identified as Man Kumar BK (25) of Sanishchare-10 in Morang.
Acting on a tip-off, security personnel deployed from Pathari-based Area Police Office arrested BK who allegedly raped the minor in a field in Pathari last night.
Likewise, police in Kapilvastu district arrested two youths on the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl in Shivaraj Municipality-6 on Monday night.
The arrestees have been identified as Eliyash Musalman (26) and Salman Musalman (21), both residents of Shivaraj.
According to police, Musalman duo lifted the minor from the middle of the road on a motorcycle and took her to a mango orchard where they raped her. The girl was said to be on the way to her brother's house.
Acting on a tip-off, a joint team of security personnel deployed from Chandrauta-based Ward Police Office and Birpur-based Police Office arrested Musalman duo in Kudarbetwa.
