Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Gobinda Prasad Sharma (Koirala) on Friday tabled the Bill on Amendment of some Acts concerning Sexual Voilence-2022 and the Bill to amend some Acts related to Criminal Offences and Criminal Procedures-2022 AD in the session of the House of Representatives.
The notice of objection raised by lawmaker Prem Suwal to the proposal requiring permission to present both the Bills was unapproved with majority. The HoR meeting will resume later today after a 15-minute break.
