Two brothers have died of an electric shock in Tinau village of Palpa district. The deceased have been identified as Suraj Sunar, 20, of Tinau-2 and his brother Rakesh Sunar, 14.
According to the District Police Office, the brothers died while fishing in Dobhan River at Tinau-2 at around 7 pm on Thursday. According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Rameshwar Twati, the brothers died on the spot after being electrocuted while trying to catch fish using wires from the house of Padma Bahadur Chidi of Beldamar in Tinau-1. Police said that an investigation is underway into the incident.
