Two members of a same family died after being drowned in the Narayani River.
Two brothers – Sabin Kumal and Sangam Kumal of Gaindakot municipality-7, Gairi in Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East) drowned in the Narayani River.
Sabin, 14, and Sangam, 9, sons of Suman Kumal, died while swimming in the River on Monday afternoon, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of the District Police Office, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East), Bed Bahadur Poudel.
"Doctors declared them dead at Chitwan Medical College (CMC) Bharatpur. The brothers who went missing in the river while summing were rescued and rushed to the hospital", he further shared.
Poudel said investigation into the incident was underway. ---
