Two persons died on the spot after the pick-up van they were travelling on overturned in Hilihang Rural Municipality-6 of Panchthar district today.
at Tahari, along the Mechi Highway
The deceased have been identified as Milan Bista and Sita Adhikari of Thechambu in Taplejung district.
The pick-up was carrying foodstuff and heading towards Thechambu when it ran out of control and overturned killing the duo at Tahari along the Mechi Highway, according to Dambar Bishwokarma, Information Officer at the District Police Office, Panchthar.
