District Police Office, Baglung has arrested a woman with Sunkhari (herbs). Devi KC of Swargadwari Municipality-3 of Pyuthan has been arrested by the police team of District Police Office Baglung from Baglung Municipality-1 Maldhunga along with 250 kg of gold.
According to Indra Bahadur Rana, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Information Officer at the District Police Office, Baglung, they have recovered gray gold in 10 bags of different weights from KC.
Information Officer Rana said that they are preparing to take the Sunkhari under control from Baglung to Kathmandu and send it to Division Forest Office, Baglung for further investigation. Police have arrested KC on the basis of information that valuable herbs are being smuggled.
