A body of a woman has been recovered from Loharpatti Municipality-6 in Mahottari district this morning.
According to District Police Office Superintendent of Police Dinesh Kumar Acharya, the body of Ruby Mandal, 35, wife of local Surendra Mandal was found lying on the veranda of their own house.
The body of the Ruby Mandal was found with serious head injuries. They also found various injuries on her face and other body parts, said Superintendent of Police Acharya. Police believe that the murder of the woman was due to problems with the family while her husband, Surendra, was living in Punjab, India while working.
