The Supreme Court has ordered to register the writ petition filed against Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
Although the court administration decided not to register the writ petition, the Supreme Court overturned the decision and ordered its administration to register it.
Lawyers Gyanendraraj Aran, Kalyan Budhathoki and others filed a writ in the Supreme Court demanding an order to investigate and prosecute PM Dahal in criminal charges regarding an issue that took place in Tudhikhel.
In one of the two petitions, Dahal has publicly taken responsibility for those who were killed during the armed conflict.
