The Election Commission has asked Chabilal Tiwari, the principal of Parbat's children's primary school, for an explanation regarding the violation of the code of conduct issued for the election of members of the House of Representatives and State Assembly to be held on November 20.
The District Election Office has asked for an explanation within 24 hours, saying that it has spread propaganda against political parties and candidates against the code of conduct. It has been mentioned in the explanation that Tiwari, a school teacher in Falewas municipality-4, contrary to the election code of conduct, "posted and shared campaign materials on his Facebook page for the side and opposition of political parties and candidates and sought votes."
