A process has started for the division of vote on the proposal tabled by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' seeking the vote of confidence of the HoR members.
The PM had tabled the proposal as per the Rule 152 of the HoR Regulations, 2075 to seek the vote of confidence of the HoR in accordance with the Article 100 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal.
The PM is taking the vote of confidence of the HoR members after the CPN (UML) and Rastriya Prajatantra Party quit the Dahal-led government following some differences in the coalition regarding the election to the President and Vice-President.
