Rabindra Mishra, the candidate of Rashtriya Prajatantra Party, who was defeated in the election of the House of Representatives, has decided to establish a 'Kathmandu Region No. 1 Concern Fund' from the seed money of 2.5 lakhs, which he will receive from his two books and add additional funds to it.
He expressed his belief that "Kathmandu Region No. 1 Concern Fund" can do many good works in this area in the future. With Prakashman Singh of Mishra Nepali Congress, he was defeated by a narrow margin of one hundred and twenty five votes. In the previous election too, he lost to Prakashman Singh by 818 votes.
