The unofficial results of the primary election in the US state of Maryland has been released. According to the results, Dr. Harry Bhandari, who is a delegate of Nepalese origin has won the nomination for the Maryland House of Assembly member, on behalf of the Democratic Party.
Out of the three candidates for Maryland House of Assembly members, from Maryland District 8, Dr. Bhandari won with second popular vote. He got 7,678 votes.
Dr. Bhandari is now a member of the Maryland House of Assembly.
