The government has transferred three secretaries. According to sources, Secretary Madhu Marasini in the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General has been transferred to Finance.
Similarly, Shishir Kumar Dhungana has been transferred to the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. Secretary at the Ministry of Health and Population Laxman Aryal has also been brought to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
The cabinet meeting held on July 28 transferred three secretaries.
