Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also the chairperson of CPN-UML, has directed the party members to support Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa in the upcoming National Assembly election.
Minister Thapa from CPN-UML and Khimlal Devkota from the opposition alliance are contesting the NA election from Bagmati Province to be held on May 20.
Issuing a statement today, PM Oli has said that the harmony that the party shows during the National Assembly election will take the unity within the CPN UML to greater heights. “That is why I would like to appeal to all to vote for CPN UML candidate Ram Bahadur Thapa (Badal),” he stated.
