RPP Nepal President Kamal Thapa, who has supported CPN-UML, has registered his candidacy. He registered his candidacy as a member of the House of Representatives from Makwanpur Region No. 1.
On the other hand, UML workers locked the UML Makwanpur office in Hetauda in protest against Thapa's ticket.
