Deputy parliamentary party leader of main opposition CPN UML Subas Chandra Nembang has urged Speaker of House of Representatives (HoR) Agni Prasad Sapkota to follow the self-established practice and regulations.

Nembang argued that it was not under the jurisdiction of the Speaker whom to punish and whom to exempt among the leaders from a party.

Talking to the media emerging from today's HoR meeting, the UML deputy PP leader said that no one should be discriminated against.

The UML is obstructing the HoR meetings stating that the Speaker did not relieve 14 UML lawmakers of their posts even after the violation of the party's whip, and official recommendation for the same from the party.
