CPN (UML) Secretary Top Bahadur Rayamajhi has urged the government to announce the date of local elections immediately as per the provisions of the constitution.
In an interview held today, he condemned the act of keeping local levels without people's representatives and accused that conspiracies are going on to prevent the election. He said, “UML will not form an alliance with other parties in the local level elections. We will go among the people with our agenda.”
