It has been agreed by all parties that the counting of the by-elections of Chitwan area number 2 will be held from 1 pm today.
The agreement was reached at the all-party meeting held today. Although the all-party meeting was called at 8 am, the meeting could not be held as the representatives of the parties did not arrive on time.
The Nepali Congress filed a complaint with the Election Commission saying that the National Independence Party had violated the code of conduct in Chitwan.
