Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the parties that signed the twelve-point agreement should remain together during the presidential election.
Addressing the sixth plenary meeting of the Gandaki Provincial Committee of his party CPN Maoist Center at Lekhnath in Pokhara on Monday afternoon, he said that in his opinion the twelve-point agreement, comprehensive peace agreement and constitution making should be united during the presidential election.
He added, “The country's problems should be solved through national consensus as there should be a national consensus on the president and vice president.”
PM Dahal has instructed party leaders and workers to go among the people for 2 months and listen to them. 'Within two months, we will hold a full meeting of the Central Committee. Until then, let's go to the people and workers and listen to them, let's take their suggestions,' he said.
