Dr. Dharmakanta Banskota, Vice Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, said that a study on the adaptive capacity of households to climate change in South Asia would be important and exemplary for research-based teaching.
Former Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission Dr. Pitamber Sharma, Chairman of the University Grants Commission Prof. Bhim Prasad Subedi and others had suggested for the research project.
