The Nepali national football team will be playing against Australia today as part of the FIFA World Cup 2022 and Asian Cup 2023 qualifiers.
The match against Australia will be played at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium, Kuwait tonight at 9:45 pm Nepali time. Nepal’s coach, Abdullah Almutairi expects his team will play well against Australia.
At the pre-match conference, Almutairi said the Nepali team will strive to deliver and that his team is improving.
Currently, Australia is the group leader in Group B with 18points winning all the matches they played. Nepal is in the fourth position with 6 points. Nepal is out of the World Cup but can still qualify for the Asian Cup
