The Nepali national football team will be playing against Jordan today. The game is a part of the FIFA World Cup 2022 and Asian Cup 2023 qualifier. The match against Jordan will be played at the Jaber al-Ahmad International Stadium in Kuwait City, Kuwait at 9:45 pm Nepali time. Abdullah Almutairi, the newly appointed head coach of the Nepali team, has mentioned that the team is prepared and is aiming to win the game against Jordan. He added that it was necessary for the team to win the game today to keep its hope of qualifying for the Asian Cup alive.
Earlier, Nepal beat Chinese Taipei 2-0 on June 3.
