Nepalese National Cricket Team is playing its first one-day match against home team Kenya today.
As the regular captain of the Nepali team, Sandeep Lamichhane is not in the team, Vice-captain Rohit Kumar Paudel will captain the team.
Although Rohit has captained the U-19 national team, this is his first time on the senior team.
Nepal is bowling against Kenya in the first ODI. In the match taking place in Nairobi, Kenya won the toss and batted first.
The series will be three matches.
In the first one-day match, Kenya has set a target of 219 runs against Nepal.
After winning the toss, the home team batted first and scored 218 runs in 48.1 overs.
