Veteran runner Ramakrishna Maharjan is participating in the Berlin Marathon race to be organized in Germany in the 62-65 age groups.
He was bid farewell by various players and coaches at the Dasharath Stadium today.
Runner Maharjan, who is over 60 years old, has been running continuously for the past 45 years. He is a colleague of Nepal's record runner Baikuntha Manandhar. He has won medals in various national and international competitions.
