The case of the cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane's case, who is accused of molesting minors, will be continued only after the upcoming elections. Kathmandu District Court Judge Madhav Prasad Ghimire has ordered the victim to be presented before the court on November 23. Likewise, the victim, the accused and the doctor who examined the victim's health have also been ordered to appear in the court.
Similarly, the witnesses of the defendant have also been ordered to appear in the court for their statements. The judge has also ordered to collect the copy of the victim's birth registration record book and the copy of the citizenship certificate form from the relevant office.
